The Coaching Process
Provides a overview of your health, background, history, preferences and specifics about your overall habits and body goals. Reviewed virtually in the Initial Consultation.
Builds upon Initial assessment. Weekly coaching sessions held virtually at 30 minutes each, assessing progress, creating and building upon action steps and providing resources, tools and support.
Mid-week check in and weekly email debrief summary sent to your inbox.
Throughout this coaching process, you will:
Get specific in your goals and deepen your motivating factors for change
(Re)Learn how to listen to and interpret your body's signals and needs
Make trackable progress with realistic action steps
Receive support through accountability
Access helpful tools and resources

I'm Kat Warner, a certified L1 Precision Nutrition Coach.
Mom of four and married for 18 years, I am a self-proclaimed health nerd! I love all things nutrition, a rich cup of coffee, a good outdoor workout, and am in my element at the beach. My passion is educating and empowering others to take control of their health and experience wellness in all facets of their lives. I teach balance, self-awareness, how to regulate eating behaviors, finding the right foods and movements for your body, and many more fundamental health skills. I believe each body is unique and responds differently than the next, so customizing a plan for each individual is crucial, especially as we learn how to create lifelong habits.
On my own journey to discovering true wellness, I have traveled the bumpy road of diet culture, experienced the ups and downs of weight gain and loss, battled with emotional eating, experienced prolonged high stress environments, and gone through four pregnancies and post-partum seasons of weight loss.
Through the years of searching for solutions, I discovered the power of nutrition, learning how food feels in and affects my body. Along the way, I learned essential tools for healthy habits and sustainable change. I use these tools to help my clients recalibrate their minds and bodies for success, dismantling unhelpful habits and constructing new, healthy ones.

I work one-on-one to provide a unique plan that works for you, not a strict, one-size-fits-all program. I know how challenging it can be to balance all of life's demands, and still find time for yourself. I help you do that in a way that compliments your lifestyle and goals.
Wellness is so much more than just what we eat, although food does have a profound affect on all aspects of our lives. Along with nutrition, I can coach clients in sleep and stress management and basic physical fitness, among other things.
