The Coaching Process
One-on-One Coaching benefits your mind and body!
Custom plans ensure you will reach your goals with the support and guidance you need. Gain control of your choices and your body, and collaborate with the coach so your plan fits your lifestyle!
The initial assessment will provide the coach with an overview of your health, background, history, preferences and specifics about your overall habits and body goals. Together, we review this as we set up your plan and define your reasons for wanting to improve your health.
Weekly coaching sessions are held virtually at 30 minutes each. We work together to create doable action steps for each week, assessing progress, creating and building upon the skills you already have, and choosing progress markers to see your growth. Resources, tools and support are all provided along the way to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

Mid-week check ins and weekly email debrief summaries are sent to directly to your inbox, along with use of the free Healthie app to track progress, communicate with the coach, and record all your daily tasks.
