I'm Kat Warner,  a certified L1 Precision Nutrition Coach.

Mom of four and married for over 17 years, I am a self-proclaimed health nerd! I love all things nutrition, a rich cup of coffee,  a good outdoor workout, and I am in my element at the beach. My passion is educating and empowering others to take control of their health and experience wellness in all facets of their lives. I teach balance, self-awareness, how to regulate eating behaviors, finding the right foods and movements for your body, and many more fundamental health skills. I believe each body is unique and responds differently than the next, so customizing a plan for each individual is crucial, especially as we learn how to create lifelong habits. 

On my own journey to discovering true wellness, I have traveled the bumpy road of diet-culture mindset, experienced the ups and downs of weight gain and loss, battled emotional eating, experienced prolonged high stress environments, and gone through four pregnancies and post-partum seasons of weight loss. I have dealt with the internal struggle of comparing myself to others, low self-worth, and intense feelings of shame. Through the years of searching for solutions, I discovered the power of nutrition, learning how food feels in and affects my body. Along the way, I picked up some essential tools for healthy habits and sustainable change, and got my nutrition certification so I could help others on their route to wellness.

Ultimately, my health has been a slow build of healthy habits, and a simultaneous dismantling of unhelpful ones. Anyone can revolutionize their health when they have the right mindset, and work at it consistently. When you transform your health, you transform your life!

I work one-on-one to provide a unique plan that works for you, not a strict, one-size-fits-all program. I know how challenging it can be to balance all of life's demands, and still find time for yourself. I help you do that in a way that compliments your lifestyle and goals.
